Homemade Healthy Granola that's so yummy it tastes unhealthy!

Trust us. This is a breakfast of champions; so delicious and so nutritious. 
Faster to put together than a 7-minute mile. 

Prep – Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (easy clean up).

Stir – In a large bowl, stir together all of the wet ingredients making sure they are mixed well. Then add in the remaining ingredients, til fully combined.

Bake – Spread the granola mixture equally onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes or until it looks lightly golden all over. Stir every once in a while so it's golden all over! 

Dry ingredients 
4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
Any seeds you want:
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup almond slivers
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup flax 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp sea salt
You can add all sorts of dried fruits from shredded coconut, raisins, cranberry...
Wet ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil (warm/liquid)
1/2 cup maple syrup 
2 tsp vanilla extract
Store cooled granola in hermetic jars.... though, it's so good, it doesn't last long!
